I started practicing Yoga since 2000. I was initially trained in Hatha Yoga by Mariappan Master, Secretary, TamilNadu State Yogasana Association. Later
on, my interest in Yoga made me pursue Diploma in Yoga which I did at Annamalai University and completed it in the year 2005. I'm still learning new things in
Yoga day to day. I follow in various streams of yoga such as ancient Yogic techniques such as Kundalini Yoga, Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga and
recent techniques such as Vethatri Maharishi Yoga, Spiritual Human Yoga and Isha Yoga. Having come across various streams of Yoga, I am now trying to
make a new style of Yoga, which consolidates the strengths of all streams of Yoga. Yoga is a lively art which makes a part of life. The pity thing is that, most
of us have forgotten Yoga, which is purely our indigenous art.
